At Tekmounts, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty Coverage
- All Tekmounts products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- During this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any faulty parts.
Change-of-Mind Returns
- We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless required by law.
- If a return is accepted, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Lodge a Return or Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team at sales@tekmounts.com.au with your proof of purchase and photos or details of the issue.
- We will assess your claim and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll advise if the claim is approved and whether a refund, replacement, or repair will be issued.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Compatibility issues with non-Tekmounts equipment unless stated otherwise in writing.
