By using Tekmounts products and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use Tekmounts products or services.
Policies
Modifying or attaching your Starlink device using Tekmounts products may void your Starlink warranty.
Tekmounts is not affiliated with Starlink and does not provide technical support for Starlink devices.
All Tekmounts units include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
During this period, Tekmounts may, at its discretion, repair or replace any component found to be defective due to materials or workmanship.
This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, impact, water ingress due to incorrect installation, or unauthorised modification.
Additional Information
Tekmounts systems are designed for outdoor environments and tested to handle harsh Territory conditions.
Avoid high-pressure water or chemical cleaners, as they can damage seals and ports.
Tekmounts is not liable for damage to property, equipment, or injury resulting from improper installation or use.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct installation, handling, and maintenance of all Tekmounts products.
